Frequently Asked Questions

Am I allowed to use these for my class?

You have our permission to use the artwork you download from this website with all the members of your immediate family (including grandchildren), and with church or homeschooling classes that you are participating in and if you are a teacher you can use them with your students. We understand if you need to be reimbursed for printing costs but ask that you do not sale them or post them on a website.

How do I find the items I downloaded on my computer?

Usually you can find the items you download by opening “File Explorer” (usually a file icon at the bottom of your computer) and then look for, and click on “Downloads” on the left side of the screen. Look for a file you downloaded and it will start with “TMTW”. If you still can’t find the documents you might have to do a search or ask someone who knows more about computers to help you.

How do I unzip the downloaded file?

To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right click on the folder, select “Extract All.” This should be all you need to do but there could be other instructions you might have to follow. If this does not work you might get someone to help you.

Do you mail these images?

No, you instantly are allowed to download the images. You will also be emailed a receipt.

I cannot download the items I purchased?

If there is a problem and you are not able to download your purchase, just send an email to and let us know what happened and the items you purchased and we will send them to you in an attachment.

Do you take returns?

Our products are pictured and are priced low so we do not take returns. We believe that you can see what you are getting.

How can I contact Teach Me Thy Way?

My printer says they will not print the documents because they are copywrited

That is why, along with your download, you received a document giving you permission to print the artwork you purchased.

My printer says it will crop the image when it prints:

We leave 3/8” clear all the way around the artwork and most printers will give you that warning but if you just tell it to print anyways, it should be fine.

The artwork is smaller than what your website shows:

Often printers will automatically reduce the size of a document. You need to make sure the set up for the print job is at 100% and that it is not reducing the image.
