“The more you read the Bible, the more you meditate on it, the more you will be astonished by it.” – Charles Spurgeon
There is not a book in all of history that has fueled more passionate debates than the Bible. We live in a time where many criticize the Bible as scientifically naïve, and historically inaccurate. Many who have grown up accepting the Scriptures as God’s Word now question, doubt, and even reject it. Yet there has never been more evidence to support the reliability of the Bible than there is today. Help give your children a strong foundation and make sure they know how trustworthy and amazing the Scriptures truly are. These sheets will help lead your children into a study that will encourage them to build their lives on the Word of God… “all other ground is sinking sand.”
You receive 2 pages of downloadable color artwork. The first page the student fills out the different books of the Bible in their different categories. Then another page full of questions to explore with your student: Why do we trust the Bible?, How do we know the Scriptures are from God?, Who were some of the people God used to write the Bible?, Is the Bible always right?, Why did God put His words in a book?, Why should we study the Bible?, Some of my favorite Bible verses, Some of my favorite Bible stories.
We also provide some answers and give ideas on how to study the questions posed. The artwork is done in color and comes with a permission form so your local office store will print them out for you. When you put the artwork onto a flash drive you will need to remember to add the permission form if you are taking it to a printer. You might ask to see a test copy first and make sure the paper is not too flimsy. We like 22 to 24 lb paper (if you use a cover or card stock it will not stay glued down as long). We recommend glue sticks.
USAGE: You have our permission to use the artwork you download from this website with all the members of your immediate family (including grandchildren), and with church or homeschooling classes that you are participating in and if you are a teacher you can use them with your students. We understand if you need to be reimbursed for printing costs but ask that you do not sale them or post them on a website.
